Objectives The Discharger shall submit an annual status report which shall include, at a minimum, the following: 1. The dates, duration, location, and volume of any overflows from the North supply pit, or accidental process water discharges off-site. 2. Any changes in the locations of the process water supply pits, or waste disposal areas. 3. Amonuts of rock flour sold and/or disposed of in the South supply pit. 4. Significant changes in the amounds of water used or ore mined. 5. Any other significant events or changes which may have water quality implications
